Shrove Tuesday

I hope everyone has had a wonderful day stuffing yourselves with pancakes! I managed a total of six although I'd  have quite happily consumed more! Oink oink...

I really wanted lots of fancy toppings but we didn't have any, next year I will be fully prepared! I love golden syrup.

Plain lounging outfit today, I love these leggings, they add something a bit different. The top was quite a steal I got it in TK Maxx probably over a year ago and I think it was only £13! I like the New York landscape on the letters, it takes me back to the New York trip I went on a few years back.

Pretty Pastels

I adore these nail paints by Barry M, literally can't get enough of them, I can't wait for Spring and then it'll look far more appropriate! Actually, today showed signs of Spring, there was some gorgeous sunshine which I've missed a lot. It was still flipping freezing though :\

On my thumbnail which you can see if you look carefully, I used the green and blue. I just need the yellow pastel to complete the collection! I think I'd prefer an orangey pastel colour though but I don't think Barry M do one.

Alsooo, my topcoat has gone gloopy so I couldn't put one on, anyone know any good cheap top coats? I'll probably just get the Barry M one.

Finally a new blog post! It's been a mixture of being busy and just generally uninspired, I am so behind with my college work it's unbelievable... Hopefully I'll find the motivation later :S

I got these tights from Primark the other day which I was really happy about because I've wanted the Wolford tights for ageeeees! There was just no way I was going to pay £33 for a pair of tights especially as I ladder all my tights. 

So yeah, I went full on with the Cheryl Cole today with the tights and jacket! I also have the jacket in black because I love it so much - I don't really get that much wear out of them though because I'm permanently cold and I need something more substantial, which is a shame :( All these items are probably nearing a year old now apart from the tights so I haven't linked them because I assume can't get them any more.

Wish list #3

Very random wish list today, I shall explain below!

1. Knitted cakes: I recently brought a cake stand for my room, to put bits and pieces on, I want one of the tiers to have knitted cupcakes on though because I think they're adorable!

2. Accessorize Nail Polish: I've been hearing how great all the Accessorize nail polishes are, apparently this one is amazing, they have low stock so snap it up quickly!
3. Lush Ballistic Flower: Part of the limited edition Mother's Day range, I smelt these when I was in Lush the other day, I think I want the vanilla one :)
4. Ellie Goulding's album: Started listening to some of her other songs the other day and I'm loving them so far. (I know I'm like two years late!)
5. Tea lights: I think they'd look pretty in my room :)
6. Cut out scalloped shorts: I've been waiting for those lovely New Look ones to come out, I can't wait around forever so I found these Miss Selfridge ones instead!

February Favourites

I was planning on doing a monthly Lookbook favourites as I've been religiously bookmarking my favourites from the email I receive everyday from them. I started looking through my stack of bookmarks and began wondering what the hell I was thinking?! It enlightened me to how much my tastes can change in just 28 days! Basically I just decided to scrap the whole idea, but there were a few I couldn't just discard.
